We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team at Nine West – Metropolis Mall. The ideal candidate is sales-driven, solution-oriented, and committed to delivering an exceptional shopping experience. This role includes assisting customers with their needs, driving sales, managing point-of-sale operations, and supporting stock and warehouse tasks while maintaining strong store standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, attentive, and personalized customer service
• Identify customer needs and offer effective product solutions
• Achieve sales targets through active selling and upselling
• Handle POS operations, including purchases, returns, and exchanges
• Support stock management: receiving, organizing, and replenishing products
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and warehouse
• Uphold visual merchandising and store presentation standards
