Africanos Property Developers is seeking to recruit a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team in Larnaca. The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting the company’s projects, managing client relationships, and supporting the sales process from initial enquiry to property viewing.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to enquiries from agents and clients
Arrange and assist in property viewings
Promote company properties across various channels
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Maintain regular communication with real estate representatives and associates
Stay informed about current and upcoming company projects
Update and manage the company’s document management system
Requirements
School, College, or University degree
Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience
Excellent communication skills in Greek and English (written and spoken)
Knowledge of Russian will be considered an advantage
Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Valid driving license is essential
Willingness to undergo training and continuous development
