We are an online gambling / iGaming company looking for a reliable part-time Financial Administrator to handle day-to-day payment processing and financial documentation. You will support the smooth and compliant operation of our payment flows (crypto & bank transfers). This role is remote / hybrid possible and reports to the Company Director / Accountant.
Key Responsibilities:
Process cryptocurrency and bank transfer payments on a weekly schedule (20–30 transactions per week) with high accuracy.
Save and maintain a complete, well-organized digital archive of all invoices, receipts, and supporting documentation.
Communicate regularly with the company auditor, corporate service providers (CSP), and third-party accountants.
Prepare and promptly supply all required financial records and documentation for audits and accounting purposes.
Ensure full compliance of all payment processes with Cyprus laws and regulations, strictly following CSP guidelines.
Requirements:
Basic understanding of bookkeeping, invoicing, and payment processing.
Previous experience in finance, accounting, or administrative roles is an advantage but not essential.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Comfortable working with cryptocurrency wallets and bank transfers.
Reliable, discreet, and able to meet weekly deadlines.
Good English communication skills (written and spoken).
