Payroll Administrator (Nicosia)
Job Description
Cyproman Services Ltd is currently seeking to recruit a Payroll Administrator to join our Nicosia Office.
General Description:
Has the responsibility for the accurate and timely processing of payroll services for a portfolio of clients. The role involves managing end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring compliance with local labour and social insurance legislation, liaising with clients and authorities, and providing payroll-related support and guidance.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for a portfolio of clients in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure payroll calculations are compliant with Cypriot labour law, Social Insurance, GHS, and relevant statutory requirements.
- Prepare and submit payroll-related statutory returns and reports.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and employee data.
- Liaise directly with clients to obtain payroll information, clarify instructions, and resolve payroll-related queries.
- Communicate with government authorities and third parties as required.
- Monitor changes in payroll and employment legislation and ensure timely implementation.
- Support audits, inspections, or payroll reviews by preparing relevant documentation.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members on payroll-related matters where required.

Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
· Approximately 3+ years of relevant payroll experience, preferably within an accounting or
professional services firm.
· Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written.
· Excellent computer literacy.
