AI Research Group Limited builds high-scale consumer AI applications. Our flagship product is an AI girlfriend / AI companion platform. We're hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to own user acquisition on two fronts: paid media buying and placements.

Worth knowing up front. This is an adult business. The product generates NSFW AI content, the marketing is suggestive, and we advertise on adult ad networks. Whichever role you're in, you'll be around NSFW material regularly. It's a normal working environment and nobody here makes a thing of it, but it isn't for everyone. If that sits badly with you personally, religiously or otherwise, it's better to know now than a few weeks in.

Applies to every role: we work AI-first. Everyone here uses Claude, Claude Code or equivalent daily. This is a requirement rather than a bonus, and we'll ask you to show us something you've built or automated with these tools.

What you'll do:

- Own paid media buying on adult networks (ExoClick, TrafficJunky, TrafficStars) plus mainstream channels where they'll take us — budget, targeting, creative testing, scaling

- Own placements on review sites, comparison articles and "best AI girlfriend apps" roundups — outreach to publishers and affiliates, pitching, negotiating, turning it into a repeatable channel

Requirements:

- A real acquisition record with numbers you can walk us through: budgets, CPA, ROAS, placements landed with the data behind them

- Comfortable in analytics and attribution

- Comfortable doing outreach: emailing publishers, negotiating rates, chasing affiliate managers

- AI fluency — already using Claude or similar for creative testing, reporting, analysis and outreach at volume

- Comfortable working with NSFW creative and adult ad networks day to day

Strong plus:

- Existing relationships at ExoClick, TrafficJunky, TrafficStars, or with adult review sites and affiliate networks

- Profitable adult campaigns; iGaming, dating or forex also valued

Compensation & terms: €42,000–55,000 depending on experience and location, plus performance bonus. Full-time. We start with a trial period, with a view to something long-term for the right person. Fully remote within the EU.
