We are looking for a Junior Marketing Officer to join our Marketing Department. This is a junior-level opportunity for an organized and detail-oriented individual who will coordinate translation requests, perform quality checks on commercial content, and support the team with day-to-day marketing operations.
What You’ll Do
• Manage and follow up on marketing requests and tickets
• Coordinate tasks with internal teams and external agencies
• Support the coordination of translations across different languages and projects
• Review websites, landing pages, emails, and other marketing materials before publication
• Check links, forms, content, formatting and basic functionality
• Follow up on tasks and deadlines, keeping the relevant teams informed of progress
• Assist with quotations, orders, invoices and communication with suppliers
• Support marketing campaigns and other marketing activities when required
• Handle general administrative and ad hoc marketing tasks
What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• At least one year of experience in marketing, coordination, operations or a similar role
• Relevant internship experience may also be considered
• Basic knowledge of marketing and digital marketing
• Basic understanding of quality checks for marketing content
• Strong organizational and task-follow-up skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
• Confidence using online tools and task or ticketing systems
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
• Positive and proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn and work as part of a team
• Very good written and spoken English
• Knowledge of additional languages will be considered an advantage
• Experience with Jira or a similar ticketing system will be considered an advantage
• Experience working with external agencies or suppliers will be considered an advantage
• Basic knowledge of email marketing will be considered an advantage
