Job Description

Leonardo Laura Beach & Splash Resort is currently seeking a motivated and responsible Pool Supervisor to join our team.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operation of the pool area, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and exceptional guest service.
• Monitor the condition and cleanliness of the swimming pool, surrounding areas, sunbeds, umbrellas, and pool facilities.
• Coordinate and supervise pool attendants, assigning duties and ensuring high performance standards.
• Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene regulations are followed at all times.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, inquiries, and concerns.
• Liaise with the Maintenance Department regarding repairs or technical issues in the pool area.
• Monitor stock levels of pool supplies and report replenishment needs.
• Ensure all pool equipment is maintained and in good working condition.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures of the pool facilities.
• Report any incidents, accidents, or irregularities to the relevant department manager.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within a hotel or resort environment, preferably in pool operations.
• Good knowledge of English; Greek will be considered an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain high service standards.
• Knowledge of health and safety procedures related to pool operations will be considered an advantage.
