Leonardo Hotels & Resorts Mediterranean, is now recruiting for the position of Porter at GrandResort by Leonardo Hotels

Duties & Responsibilities

• Check the arrivals and departures time if important arrivals are expected and ensures that luggage trolleys are available.
• To accompany guests at the rooms carrying their luggage. Explains to them how to use the card for electricity, the phone function, ventilation and other facilities.   
• To receive luggage from rooms on guests departure, transferring them to the lobby.
• Convey any messages or documents in guest rooms.
• During various parties or other events, undertakes to guide clients to the venues of the event / party. Prepare bell signs. 
• Knows the opening hours of all departments, all amenities and facilities provided by the hotel, and occasional events organized by the hotel. 
• To know the nearest available transport, and those between cities, attractions and any major events.
• To ensure work place is always neat. Regularly checks for the cleanliness of the living room and terrace.
• To have a clear understanding of the Hotel’s Health & Safety Rules & Regulation.

Qualification Requirements

• Pleasant personality
• Willingness to serve people
• Fluency on Greek and English language
• Confidentiality
