Duties & Responsibilities
Check the arrivals and departures time if important arrivals are expected and ensures that luggage trolleys are available.
To accompany guests at the rooms carrying their luggage. Explains to them how to use the card for electricity, the phone function, ventilation and other facilities.
To receive luggage from rooms on guests departure, transferring them to the lobby.
Convey any messages or documents in guest rooms.
During various parties or other events, undertakes to guide clients to the venues of the event / party. Prepare bell signs.
Knows the opening hours of all departments, all amenities and facilities provided by the hotel, and occasional events organized by the hotel.
To know the nearest available transport, and those between cities, attractions and any major events.
To ensure work place is always neat. Regularly checks for the cleanliness of the living room and terrace.
To have a clear understanding of the Hotel’s Health & Safety Rules & Regulation.
Qualification Requirements

Fluency on Greek and English language
