Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Project Manager to join our Project Management Office (PMO). The successful candidate will be responsible for managing IT projects from initiation through to successful delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage projects in accordance with the company’s PMO methodology, governance framework, and procedures.
• Define project objectives, deliverables, success criteria, and quality requirements.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate project teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports and updates to management and customers.
• Ensure contractual obligations and customer expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
• Coordinate procurement activities and ensure project requirements are addressed in a timely manner.
• Support project-related financial activities, including invoicing and payment follow-up.
• Assist in the preparation of project estimates, timelines, proposals, and documentation for new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with Senior Project Managers on strategic and high-profile customer projects.
• Carry out any other duties relevant to the position as assigned by the Line Manager.
Qualifications & Skills
• University degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 1–5 years of experience coordinating or managing projects, preferably within an IT or technology-driven environment.
• Good understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent project management certifications will be considered an advantage.
• Experience managing customer-facing projects will be considered an advantage.
• Strong planning, organisational, and prioritisation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities effectively.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English.
