Role Overview

As a Project Manager, you will take full ownership of delivering complex construction projects from concept to completion. You will lead construction teams, drive performance, and ensure that every stage of the project is executed to the highest standards — on time, within budget, and in line with quality, contractual, and health & safety requirements.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of projects, ensuring smooth coordination and execution at every stage
• Collaborate closely with engineers, and stakeholders to define and drive project objectives and specifications
• Monitor progress proactively, making informed decisions to keep projects on track
• Manage project budgets, planning, scheduling, and resources to achieve optimal outcomes
• Oversee all phases of the construction lifecycle, from initial planning through to final completion
• Review project scope in detail, establish clear deliverables, and optimise cost efficiency
• Ensure full compliance with contractual obligations and performance standards
• Use high-quality construction practices and effective, modern techniques
• Drive a strong safety culture by ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements on site

 

What we are looking for 

• University Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from a recognised university.
• Member of ETEK.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in construction, including at least 5 years as a Project Manager.
• Strong technical knowledge of industry standards, product specifications, and key subcontractors in the market.
• Computer literacy.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills.
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English.
