Plan, coordinate, and manage IT projects from initiation through completion.
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, priorities, and deliverables.
Coordinate developers, technical teams, external suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Assign tasks and monitor progress to ensure deadlines are met.
Organize regular project meetings and follow up on agreed actions.
Monitor project budgets, resources, risks, and potential delays.
Identify project issues and work with relevant teams to resolve them promptly.
Communicate project status, progress, challenges, and changes to management and clients.
Ensure projects meet agreed technical requirements and quality standards.
Coordinate testing, implementation, deployment, and handover of IT solutions.
Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, schedules, and records.
Manage changes to project scope, timelines, and requirements.
Support communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to agreed requirements.
Participate in post-project reviews and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
Previous experience in an administrative or project coordination role (preferably in IT)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication in Greek and English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, or similar)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with IT terminology and environments is a plus
