Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide daily reception and consultation services to residents/owners in a professional and courteous manner
- Handle repair requests, complaints, and suggestions; record, follow up, and give feedback promptly
- Coordinate with maintenance, cleaning, and security teams to ensure timely resolution of issues
- Assist with notifications and collection of property management fees, utilities, etc.
- Maintain good customer relationships and improve resident satisfaction
- Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors
Requirements:
- Good communication skills and strong customer service awareness; patient and detail-oriented
- Basic computer skills (e.g., Word, Excel)
- Experience in property management, customer service, hospitality, or related fields is a plus
- Responsible and able to work under pressure
