ADT is expanding its operations with the launch of a dedicated Asset & Property Management division in Limassol.
Our division focuses on delivering professional, reliable and comprehensive property management services to local and international property owners and investors.
We are looking for a motivated, experienced and hands-on professional to play a key role in establishing, developing and managing this new division.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Client Relations
Identify and develop new business opportunities with property owners, investors and developers.
Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Present our services, prepare proposals and secure new property management agreements.
Develop partnerships and expand our professional network across Cyprus.
Property Management & Operations
Oversee the daily operations of managed properties.
Coordinate maintenance, repairs, contractors and service providers.
Conduct regular property inspections and ensure high service standards.
Handle property-related requests and communication with owners and tenants.
Provide regular updates and reports to property owners.
Ensure operational issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.
Division Development
Help establish operational procedures and service standards.
Build and maintain a reliable network of contractors and suppliers.
Manage tasks, schedules and client relationships independently.
Work directly with company management to support the division's growth.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in property management, real estate operations, facilities management or business development.
Strong communication, negotiation and client relationship skills.
Fluent Greek and English, both written and spoken.
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently, take initiative and manage multiple priorities.
Good computer skills and familiarity with digital management tools.
Valid driving licence.
Considered an Advantage
Existing professional network within the Cyprus real estate market.
Experience working with international property owners or investors.
Proven business development and client acquisition experience.
Familiarity with CRM or property management software.
Knowledge of additional languages.
