Job Description

Delrock Investments LTD has an open full-time Purchasing-Officer position in the Logistics-Purchasing Department

Duties:

• Co-ordination of shipments from suppliers to Company’s warehouse.
• Communication with company’s suppliers and forwarders.
• Monitoring company’s and suppliers’ orders.
• Day-to-day purchasing to suppliers.
• Examining and cross-checking information sent by suppliers.
• Support other departments with requests about products, orders, delivery times, etc..
• Handling claims to suppliers.
• Coding of products.
• Preparing company reports when necessary.
• Any other tasks related to the above.

Necessary skills:

• Communication Skills.
• Organization, time-management and co-ordination skills.
• Negotiation skills.
• Be able to work at an individual and at team level.
• Detail oriented.
• Computer skills (Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.).
• Very good knowledge of English and Greek languages is a must.
• Previous experience in the field is required.
• AI familiarity will be taken into consideration.

A satisfactory salary is offered depending on qualifications and experience.
