What You'll Do:
- Primarily draft proposals and quotes to clients that help secure new business.
- Provide outstanding customer support across channels
- Ensure smooth order processing by collaborating closely with your sales team & manager
- Resolve issues quickly and professionally under pressure
- Represent our brand with a friendly customer voice
- Maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure timely deliveries on a daily basis
What We're Looking For:
✅ Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
✅ Fluent in both English and Greek (written and spoken)
✅ Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
✅ A proactive problem solver and reliable team player
✅ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment
Bonus Qualities:
🔹 Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a big plus
🔹 Strong understanding of maritime and port operations
🔹 Experience in sales or in the shipping industry
