The Position:
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Quality Assurance Assistant in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
The successful candidate will support the implementation and maintenance of the company’s Quality Management System (QMS), Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) processes, and Healthcare Compliance Program, ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory and internal company requirements.
Key Duties / Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the company’s Quality Management System (QMS)
- Assist in ensuring compliance with Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) procedures and requirements
- Support the implementation and monitoring of the Healthcare Compliance Program
- Participate in quality assurance activities, including document control, training coordination, deviations, CAPAs, and internal audits
- Assist in the preparation, review, and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality documentation
- Support regulatory inspections, audits, and other compliance initiatives as required
Requirements:
- University degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the pharmaceutical, medical devices, diagnostics, or healthcare industry
- Knowledge of Good Distribution Practices (GDP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), ISO 9001, and ISO 13485 standards will be considered an advantage
- Certification as an Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor for ISO 9001 and/or ISO 13485 will be considered an advantage
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English
- Experience with electronic Quality Management Systems (eQMS) for managing quality documents, training records, deviations, CAPAs, change controls, and supplier qualification will be considered an advantage
- Very good knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a results-oriented approach
