🧩 What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in software QA, software testing, technical support or a similar role
• Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Willingness to learn software QA methodologies, tools and processes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and analytical skills
• Problem solving skills
• Organizational and planning skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in both written and spoken English

🧑‍💻 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Understand and apply quality assurance standards and procedures
• Understand and analyze business requirements and features to perform effective software testing

• Prepare and maintain test cases and test plans  

• Execute manual and/or automated test cases and analyze results 

• Identify, document and report bugs and errors using Jira

• Collaborate with Developers and Business Analysts to clarify requirements and investigate and report bugs
• Provide timely feedback and support to internal and external clients, ensuring that reported issues are managed effectively and within agreed timelines

✨ It’s a Plus If You Have:

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field
• Experience with issue tracking tools (preferably Jira)
• Ability to provide training or guidance to others
• Knowledge of an additional language (e.g. Russian)
