MDA (Cyprus) LLC is one of Cyprus’s leading professional consultancy firms, specialising in Quantity Surveying, Project Management and related services. As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Quantity Surveyor to join our team.
The Role
The successful candidate will support our team across a diverse portfolio of exciting construction projects. Depending on their level of experience, they will undertake or assist with cost management services throughout all stages of a project—from preliminary cost estimates and tender documentation through to construction-stage cost control and final accounts.

Key Responsibilities
Depending on the candidate’s level of experience, responsibilities will include:
- Preparing or assisting with cost estimates, budgets and project cost plans.
- Undertaking or supporting feasibility studies, cost-control exercises and value-engineering reviews.
- Preparing or assisting with tender and contract documentation, including Bills of Quantities.
- Monitoring project progress and contributing to cost reports, forecasts and financial tracking.
- Assessing or assisting with contractors’ and subcontractors’ valuations and payment applications.
- Evaluating variations and supporting the preparation and agreement of final accounts.
- Liaising with clients, contractors, consultants and other project stakeholders.
- Preparing or assisting with reports, cash-flow forecasts and risk assessments.
Qualifications and Skills
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, preferably from an RICS-accredited programme, or a degree in Civil Engineering.
- Previous relevant experience (minimum 2 years).
- Native Greek. Fluent in English language.
- MRICS qualification or progress towards professional accreditation will be considered an advantage.
- Experience with CostX or similar quantity surveying software will be considered an advantage but is not essential.
- Strong analytical, numerical and organisational skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- A positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn and develop professionally.
