Job Description
We are currently seeking a Receptionist to join our team at Park Beach hotel, Limassol
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay
- Handle reservations, phone calls, and guest inquiries efficiently
- Provide local information and support to enhance guest experience
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments for smooth operations
Requirements:
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
- Knowledge of Polish, Greek, or any additional language is a strong advantage
- Availability to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Good computer and communication skills
- Friendly, professional attitude and a strong sense of responsibility
- Experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus, but not required
