Receptionist
Job Description
Description of responsibilities:
• Welcome visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner
• Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors
• Manage company correspondence including phone calls, emails, letters, and couriers
• Schedule and confirm meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings
• Monitor and manage visitor logs and appointments
• Coordinate with internal departments to assist clients or resolve inquiries
• Perform general office administration duties
• Perform documents filing in accordance with company procedures
• Preparation of couriers for shipments should be sent to clients
Qualifications
· Excellent Communication skills
· Fast learner
· Problem solving and creative person
· Strong Organizational skills
· Fluent in Greek and English
· Strong computer skills especially in MS Office applications, knowledge of Profit Maker system will be considered an advantage
· Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage
Working hours
Monday – Thursday 8.00 – 13.00, 13.30 – 17.00
Friday 8.00 – 13.00
