Receptionist

Job Description

The ideal candidate is polite, enthusiastic, and responsible, with a strong team spirit and the ability to perform efficiently under pressure.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and transfer incoming calls and schedule appointments
  • Serve guests by greeting and welcoming them appropriately
  • Notify Clinic personnel of visitor arrival
  • Direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories
  • Maintain security by following procedures and telecommunication system
  • Undertake general office duties including filing and receiving parcels
  • Provide assistance to the management with regard to operational tasks of the Clinic
  • Provide support among team members by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs
  • Provide general administrative support
  • Ensure the smooth running of the reception area, as well as a comfortable and pleasant environment

 

Requirements:

  • Excellent fluency in Greek and English 
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service position
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Great interpersonal and professional communication skills
  • Russian language will be considered an advantage
