Job Description
The ideal candidate is polite, enthusiastic, and responsible, with a strong team spirit and the ability to perform efficiently under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and transfer incoming calls and schedule appointments Serve guests by greeting and welcoming them appropriately Notify Clinic personnel of visitor arrival Direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories Maintain security by following procedures and telecommunication system Undertake general office duties including filing and receiving parcels Provide assistance to the management with regard to operational tasks of the Clinic Provide support among team members by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs Provide general administrative support Ensure the smooth running of the reception area, as well as a comfortable and pleasant environment
Requirements:
Excellent fluency in Greek and English A minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service position Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Great interpersonal and professional communication skills Russian language will be considered an advantage
