Position Description

The Regional IT Manager is responsible for the operation, and security of all information technology systems across the group properties in Cyprus. The role ensures the effective delivery of IT services, supports operational and business objectives, and maintains compliance with information security and data protection standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all IT systems and infrastructure across hotels and head offices in Cyprus.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and security of applications, networks, and platforms.
• Coordinate and supervise IT service delivery and incident resolution.
• Lead and implement IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and new property openings.
• Ensure compliance with applicable data protection and information security regulations.
• Provide regular reporting and recommendations to the Group CIO.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an IT management role, preferably within a multi-site or hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, business applications, and cybersecurity practices.
• Demonstrated experience in project management and vendor management.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Project management experience or certification will be considered as an advantage

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Relevant professional certifications are considered an advantage.
• Advance in Greek and English language

Working Conditions

• Travel between company properties will be required.
• Availability outside normal working hours may be required for critical incidents or system upgrades.
