Job Description

Annual Gross Salary Range: €16,900 - €19,500

Final salary will depend on qualifications, skills, and experience, in line with our transparent pay structure.

Entry Requirements:

• BSc in Economics/Law/Digital Assets, or any other relevant field

• MSc in Economics/Finance/Law/Digital Assets, or any other relevant field, will be considered as an advantage 

• Excellent command of the English and Greek language

• 1-2 of relevant working experience in regulated financial services will be considered an advantage

• IT literate

• Enthusiastic Team player

   

Key Responsibilities:

• Regulatory reporting to competent authorities (CySEC, Central Bank of Cyprus, FCA etc.) under MiFID, CRR/CRDIV, EMIR, AIFMD and other regulatory frameworks.

• To undertake the application procedure to CySEC and other competent authorities under supervisor’s/manager’s guidance.

• To be responsible for the collection of documentation, maintenance of check lists and follow up with the clients.  It is required to report to the supervisor/manager about the status of the application.

• Be alerted to pick up changes in the legislations of various regulators such as CySEC, CBC, FCA, FSA, MFSA, FSC and update other members of staff and clients about updates in legislation.

• Coordinate administrative procedures necessary for the execution of the assignments.

• Communicate and provide consultancy support to Investment Firms and Financial Institutions.

• Efficient and productive communication with Regulatory Authorities in Cyprus and abroad.

• Efficient communication with the colleagues and other business associates in Cyprus and abroad
