VACANCY

Louis Hotels, a chain of 25 hotels & resorts with over 80 years of experience in the hospitality industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced hospitality professional to join our team at Ivi Mare Hotel in Paphos as Reservation Officer and uphold our commitment to excellence in hospitality.

Main Responsibilities:

• Accept and confirming hotel reservations made by guests.
• Answer phone calls and assisting guests with inquiries about room availability, rates, and amenities.
• Handle online reservations through the hotel's website or third-party booking platforms.
• Collect and processing payments for hotel bookings.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date reservation records using computer systems or reservation software.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes.
• Upsell hotel services and amenities to guests.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolving any guest complaints or issues.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to implement promotional offers and packages to attract more bookings.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position in a 4* or 5* hotel.
• Excellent knowledge of the English language. Knowledge of Greek or any additional language will be considered an advantage.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Exceptional communication and organization skills.
• Customer service mindset and a passion for delivering memorable experiences.
• Very good knowledge in Microsoft Office applications.
• EU Nationality or eligibility to work within the EU.
