Join an international booking team in the heart of Larnaca.
G.D.K. Rent A Car Ltd, as the official Cyprus licensee for Avis, Budget and Payless, we are looking for a Reservations & Customer Service Agent to join our Larnaca office.
Our team handles rental bookings and customer care for international and local customers across phone, email and online channels. If you enjoy helping people, communicating in English, and working in a busy international environment, this is a stable, year-round role.
This is a seven-day operation. You will work on a rotating roster, with two days off each week.
What we offer
· Salary of €1,350–€1,500/month, plus 13th salary

What you’ll do
· Handle customer enquiries and bookings by phone, email and online channels
· Assist international and local customers with rental reservations
· Advise customers on rental rates, policies and available options
· Keep up to date with our products, services and current promotions
· Resolve customer issues professionally and calmly
· Help customers enjoy a smooth, friendly booking experience from start to finish
What we’re looking for
· Fluent English, spoken and written
· A second language is a strong advantage, especially German, French, Russian, Hebrew, Arabic or another European language
· Comfortable and confident on the phone
· Calm, helpful and professional manner
· Computer literate
· Pleasant, enthusiastic and adaptable personality
· Able to work both independently and as part of a team
· Available to work rotating shifts in a seven-day operation
· No previous experience in car rental is required. Full training is provided.
