Job Description
- Run daily floor operations, ensuring consistent service standards and guest experience
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance across FOH and coordination with kitchen
- Own labour cost, food cost, and wastage against agreed targets
- Handle guest issues, reviews, and escalations directly
- Oversee stock ordering, supplier relationships, and inventory control
- Drive daily/weekly sales performance and report against KPIs to head office
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, health & safety, and licensing standards
- Support hiring and onboarding of floor staff
- Implement and enforce SOPs, ensuring consistency across shifts
