As a key member of the Food & Beverage Department, the Restaurant Manager plays a vital role in enhancing our renowned culinary experience. Our restaurants serve hundreds of guests daily, providing efficient service and a diverse menu across multiple outlets. By delivering genuine hospitality and professional service, you will become a valued ambassador of Kanika Hotels.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and lead an efficient staff team, focusing on their welfare, safety, and development
Ensure all staff receive training to perform their duties effectively
Supervise departmental operations to meet performance standards
Optimize bar layout for space efficiency and customer comfort
Provide excellent service to each guest and address any complaints
Qualifications and Experience:
Graduate of a Hotel Management School with at least 4 years of experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel
Strong communication and people management skills, fluent in Greek and English
Excellent computer literacy
EU citizen or holder of an EU work permit

Founded in 1962 by Mr. Theodosis Karaolis, Kanika has grown in size, reputation and service.
