Restaurant Manager – Kaifu Sushi Bar
Job Description
Kaifu Sushi Bar is seeking a Restaurant Manager for the period of April to November, with the possibility of renewal for future summer seasons. The role includes overseeing daily operations, supervising the restaurant, ensuring the kitchen, bar and service run smoothly, managing bookings, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, supporting the team during busy periods and ensuring an excellent guest experience at all times. The ideal candidate should be organised, professional and confident in leading a team in a fast-paced environment.
During busy periods, the Restaurant Manager may be expected to step into service when needed and support the team.
Working period
April 2026 to November 2026, with possibility of renewal for the next summer season.
Working hours
Usually 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM and during busy periods shifts may finish later.
Mondays off.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- A university degree or other relevant qualification will be considered an additional advantage.
- Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant supervision, or management will be considered an advantage
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to assist in service when needed
- Attention to detail, cleanliness and customer satisfaction
- Very good knowledge of Greek and/or English is required
- Very good communication skills with both customers and staff
