Job Description

 Job Requirements include:

• Determining guests’ needs by actively engaging them in one-on-one conversations and informing guests of product features and benefits
• Suggestive selling using proven techniques
• Answering questions accurately and politely
• Answering the phone
• Handling cash and other forms of payment and making proficient sales transactions using a point-of-sale system.
• Maintaining proper cash drawer balances
• Demonstrating impeccable product knowledge
• Maintaining a clean and organized store
• Maintaining proper product stock levels through retail pulls and inventories
• Performing opening, closing and side duties
• Maintaining a good appearance and following all uniform guidelines

Qualifications Required:

• Work permit for Cyprus
• Previous experience will be considered as an advantage
• Ability to meet the daily budgeted targets
• Ability to work under pressure
• Positive and outwardly friendly attitude towards guests
• Genuine enthusiasm and aptitude for serving people
• Basic knowledge of Greek and English. The knowledge of another language will be considered as a plus
