CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a rapidly expanding company offering single wallet white label Casino & Sports solutions via Mobile, Tablet and PC to clients across the world, we are seeking to recruit a Risk and Fraud Manager to join their growing teams based in Limassol. The successful applicant will be responsible for planning and implementing an overall risk management process as well as performing daily risk assessment activities that might affect the company. Our client is seeking applicants who are ideally educated to degree level in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or another relevant field, who possess proven experience in Risk, Fraud, or Compliance roles, preferably gained within the iGaming industry. Strong understanding of risk management processes, fraud prevention, and KYC procedures is essential and experience handling chargebacks, fraud detection, and suspicious transaction investigations is a must. A highly attractive remuneration and benefits package is on offer, which includes a generous base salary, referral bonus, medical insurance, complimentary lunches, and more!

 

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Planning and implementing an overall risk management process.
• Performing daily risk assessment activities that might affect the company.
• Perform risk evaluation and adjust the criteria used according to the company’s evolving requirements, costs, etc.
• Prepare reports that quantify and establish the company’s risk levels.
• Keep track at all times of all main and major topics that the department is dealing with daily (KYC, Chargebacks, Fraud Rings, etc).
• Provide support, guidance, assistance, and periodical training to the team members to keep them up to date with all procedures.
• Manage the Risk Operations team on a professional and administrative level.
• Supervise and monitor the work process of employees in the department.
• Investigating, reporting, and undertaking remedial action on suspicious account transactions to protect the business from financial loss.
• Reviewing and processing all withdrawal requests.
• Report to the Head of Operations.

 

Key Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Finance Law or similar is desirable.
• Proven experience in Risk, Fraud, or Compliance roles, preferably within the iGaming industry.
• Strong understanding of risk management processes, fraud prevention, and KYC procedures.
• Experience handling chargebacks, fraud detection, and suspicious transaction investigations.
• Previous experience in managing and leading teams.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess risk and make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to prepare reports and present risk insights to senior management.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.
• Ability to train, mentor, and support team members.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel) and relevant risk/fraud systems.
