Overview Svelta Courier is a fast-growing last-mile delivery company powered by proprietary logistics technology. We partner with leading retailers and e-commerce businesses to provide reliable, scalable, and tech-driven delivery solutions. We are looking for a Sales & Account Manager to drive new business and manage key client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and close new business opportunities with retailers, e-commerce companies, and enterprise clients
Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring high retention and customer satisfaction
Act as the main point of contact for clients, handling commercial discussions and ongoing support
Collaborate with operations and tech teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
Prepare proposals, pricing models, and service agreements
Monitor client performance, identify upsell opportunities, and proactively address issues
Maintain accurate pipeline and reporting through CRM tools
Requirements
Experience in sales, account management, or business development (logistics or SaaS is a strong plus)
Strong commercial mindset with proven ability to close deals
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working with data, pricing structures, and performance metrics
Fluency in Greek and English
