Provide administrative support to the sales team and management.
Prepare and process quotations, sales orders and related documentation.
Maintain accurate customer and sales records within the CRM system (training will be provided).
Create and maintain customer accounts, ensuring all information is accurate and current.
Coordinate with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and general enquiries.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient order fulfilment.
Manage day-to-day communications and arrange meetings as required.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer applications.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous administrative or sales support experience is preferred.
Must be fluent in both English and Greek, with strong spoken and written communication skills in both languages.
