Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and communicative Sales Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for customer service, promoting technology products and IT solutions, and building strong relationships with new and existing customers.

Main Responsibilities

• Customer service in-store and over the phone
• Presentation and promotion of technology products and IT services
• Understanding customer needs and providing suitable solutions
• Preparation of quotations and order follow-up
• Sales management and invoicing support
• Development and maintenance of customer relationships
• Stock monitoring and collaboration with the technical department
• Contribution to achieving sales targets
• Keeping up to date with new technology trends and products
• Handling social media inquiries and online customers when required

Required Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service
• Basic knowledge of technology products and IT equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Professional attitude and customer-oriented mindset
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Good knowledge of Greek and English
• Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills
