We are looking for a Sales & Customer Service Advisor to join our fast-growing company, specializing in motorcycles, spare parts, accessories, and apparel. If you're ready to accelerate sales and deliver top-tier customer service, this is your chance to shine!
Your Role
- Drive B2B & B2C sales, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
- Process orders quickly and accurately.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers, resellers, and customers.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through expert advice and upselling.
What You Need
- Sales & customer service experience, ideally in B2B & B2C.
- Fluent in Greek & English (written and spoken).
- Tech-savvy, with knowledge of Microsoft Office, CRM & inventory tools.
- Strong communication & negotiation skills with a sales-driven mindset.
- Passion for motorcycles and industry knowledge is a plus.

Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 09:00 - 13:00 & 14:00 - 18:00 (1-hour break)
Two Saturdays per month: 09:30 - 13:30
One Wednesday per month: Full-day off
