To provide support to over 500 close associates and partners with property information from our projects
To provide our associates with sales & marketing material for all residential projects
Conduct site tours and make presentations for all projects with associates and partners
Provide customers of our associates and partners with sales and marketing material and project inspections.
To profile all associate & partner customers with requirements and identify suitable projects to present
Handle negotiations with buyers within the guidelines set by the company
Answer any questions relating to the construction work, financing, maintenance and repairs, property management, as well as the details involving and comprising the project
Responsible for agreed Inspection viewings and follow-up with all associates and partners
To diligently follow the sales strategy, tactics, sales plans, and Inspection/presentation and viewings
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting business partner & associates relationships
Data input and updating business partner relationship information onto the CRM
Stay informed about the latest changes in the real estate industry
Requirements:
Min 3 years’ experience in Executive Sales
Fluency in Greek and English
A degree in a relevant field is considered an advantage
