SLK Development is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team as the Developer’s Representative for our ongoing and upcoming projects in Larnaca.

Role Overview
The Project Manager will act as the Developer’s Representative on-site, overseeing construction progress, quality control, and coordination between contractors, consultants, and the developer to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor construction works on-site.
- Ensure quality standards, timelines, and project specifications are met.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, engineers, and suppliers.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for management.
- Identify and resolve site issues efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction or project management.
- Experience in residential or mixed-use developments is preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and site operations.
- Fluency in English and Greek.
- Valid driving license.
