The Construction Company “BALLIAN TECHNIKI” S.A., through its Cyprus entity BALLIAN LTD, which provides high-level services to its customers in sectors such as industry, commerce, tourism, office construction, residential construction, special projects, etc., is seeking to hire Experienced Civil Engineer – Site Engineer for its projects in Cyprus.

Position Purpose: 

We are looking for a highly experienced Site Manager to lead construction projects in Cyprus.

The initial assignment concerns a major large-scale building project in Larnaca, with an estimated duration of 12 months — a landmark development requiring strong leadership, technical excellence, and full on-site coordination.

This is a key leadership position, with full responsibility for site execution, team coordination, subcontractor management, and successful project delivery.

As Site Manager, you will:

• Take full ownership of site operations and project execution
• Lead and coordinate subcontractors, engineers, and site teams
• Ensure works are delivered on time, within budget, and according to specifications
• Monitor progress, costs, and resource planning
• Resolve technical and operational challenges efficiently
• Maintain structured reporting to management
• Ensure strict compliance with Quality & Health & Safety standards
• Act as the central point of coordination between management, consultants, and clients

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering
• 10+ years of proven experience in construction site management
• Strong background in large-scale building projects
• Leadership mindset and ability to manage demanding environments
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Experience with project planning tools (MS Project or equivalent)
• Strong communication and coordination abilities
• Results-driven and hands-on approach
