Assist in daily office tasks such as email correspondence with clients and suppliers, filing, keep track of schedule of shipping vessel shipments, and checking of shipping documentation.
Requirements:
Proficiency in English is a must (both verbal and written).
Additional languages (Especially Greek) is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook for email correspondence.
Experience in shipping documentation is a plus.
Proven experience as an office secretary or administrative assistant is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
Exceptional attention to detail, with a proven ability to meticulously review and verify documentation for accuracy and completeness.
Working Hours: 40 Hours per week (Monday to Friday)
