Job Description

Position Summary

A Real Estate Sales Representative in Larnaca acts as the primary point of contact between the real estate developer and prospective buyers or tenants. The role focuses on promoting, showing, and selling residential and/or commercial properties while building strong client relationships, achieving sales targets, and supporting clients through the full sales process.

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Client Engagement

  • Promote and sell residential and commercial properties within the company’s portfolio.
  • Develop and manage client leads (phone, email, walk-ins).
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

·        Prepare and maintain an up-to-date availability document (including available units, prices, layouts, payment plans, and status).
 

·        Distribute the availability list on a monthly basis (or as updated) to all cooperating real estate brokers and agencies in Larnaca.
 

·        Ensure that all external brokers receive accurate, consistent, and timely information to support sales and avoid discrepancies.
 

·        Act as the main point of contact for brokers regarding availability updates, changes, and clarifications.
 

·        Follow up promptly and professionally on all incoming leads generated through social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, website forms, and online campaigns).
 

·        Maintain a calendar of relevant exhibitions and provide recommendations on participation timing and objectives.
 

2. Property Viewings & Presentations

  • Schedule, organize and conduct property viewings with clients.
  • Present properties effectively, highlight features, and answer client questions.

 

3. Client Needs & Negotiation

  • Identify and analyse client needs and match them with suitable properties.
  • Assist with negotiations on price, terms and conditions between buyers and sellers.

 

4. Sales Documentation & Administration

  • Prepare and support documentation throughout the sales cycle.

 

5. Market Knowledge & Competitive Insight

  • Keep up to date with the Larnaca property market, pricing trends and competitor offerings.

 

6. Networking & Relationship Building

  • Develop and maintain relationships with third-party agents, introducers, and professional networks.
  • Represent the company at networking events and exhibitions (where relevant).

 

Skills & Qualifications

Required

  • Excellent communication & presentation skills in English and Greek.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Client-oriented, proactive and results-driven.
  • Previous experience in real estate sales or similar sales roles.
  • Familiarity with the local real estate market.
  • Additional language skills (e.g., Russian, Arabic) are an advantage
