Job Description

1. Content Creation & Social Media Management

• Proactive Content Production: Continuously take high-quality photos and videos of all in-store inventory for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

• Live Streaming: Conduct 1–2 livestream sessions per week (frequency depending on stock levels) to showcase products and engage with the audience.

• Online Engagement: Respond to all social media inquiries with a professional, friendly, and helpful tone.

2. Product Expertise & Sales

• Knowledge Mastery: Proactively research and memorize details for all handbags in the shop to provide expert consultations and answer customer queries accurately.

• Client Relations: Maintain a welcoming attitude and engage in meaningful conversations with every walk-in customer to build rapport and enhance the shopping experience.

3. Store Maintenance

• Visual Merchandising: Ensure the boutique remains spotless and elegant at all times.

• Inventory Care: Regularly dust and clean display shelves and handbags to maintain their pristine condition.
