We are currently partnering with a well-established and rapidly growing technology solutions provider seeking to recruit a high-calibre SAP Consultant Lead, based in Limassol (hybrid working model), offering a 4.5-day work week.

​​​​​​​SAP Consultant Lead (Supply Chain and/or Sales & Distribution) – (Ref. Code: 6187/SAP/ESS/CY)

Role Overview

In this pivotal role, you will lead the delivery of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud solutions, translating complex business requirements into robust, scalable system configurations and solution designs.
You will be actively involved across the full project lifecycle, partnering closely with clients to optimize supply chain and sales operations, while ensuring alignment with SAP best practices and industry standards.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support pre-sales activities, including demos, presentations, and discovery workshops

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions

• Contribute to Scope of Work (SoW) preparation, including timelines and effort estimation

• Configure SAP S/4HANA modules in line with business needs and best practices

• Collaborate with technical teams for integrations and solution delivery

• Perform testing, identify issues, and ensure quality assurance

• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and data migration processes

• Deliver user training and prepare relevant documentation

• Provide go-live and post-go-live support to ensure smooth system operation

• Handle change requests and system enhancements

• Maintain project documentation, Jira tickets, and progress reports

• Participate in internal meetings and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

• A Master’s degree in a relevant discipline will be considered an advantage

• Proven ability to understand and analyze client business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions

• Exposure to or familiarity with basic programming (e.g. HTML, CSS) will be considered a plus
