About the job
We are looking for a proactive, highly organized, and adaptable Secretary to ensure the smooth daily operation of our office, support our real estate operations and broader business activities. This is a dynamic role suited for someone who is not limited to a single set of responsibilities and is willing to take initiative across multiple areas of the business. While the role has a strong focus on real estate administration, the successful candidate will also be involved in general office management, coordination, and operational support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, motivated, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain high standards of organization.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations and ensure a well-organized, professional work environment.
- Handle correspondence, filing, documentation, and office supplies procurement.
- Assist in onboarding new employees (preparing workstations, coordinating access, documentation)
- Support HR and finance departments with administrative tasks (record keeping, leave management, expense tracking)
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external partners (e.g., banks, maintenance, couriers)
- Organize company meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements when required.
- Support management and staff with general office and administrative needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field will be considered an advantage.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role (experience in a forex / financial services company will be considered an advantage)
- Excellent command of Greek and English.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Computer literate.
- Positive attitude, discretion, and a high level of professionalism.

Working Hours: 08:00 - 17:00 with 1 hour lunch break.
