About the job

We are looking for a proactive, highly organized, and adaptable Secretary to ensure the smooth daily operation of our office, support our real estate operations and broader business activities. This is a dynamic role suited for someone who is not limited to a single set of responsibilities and is willing to take initiative across multiple areas of the business. While the role has a strong focus on real estate administration, the successful candidate will also be involved in general office management, coordination, and operational support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, motivated, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain high standards of organization.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations and ensure a well-organized, professional work environment.
  • Handle correspondence, filing, documentation, and office supplies procurement.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees (preparing workstations, coordinating access, documentation)
  • Support HR and finance departments with administrative tasks (record keeping, leave management, expense tracking)
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external partners (e.g., banks, maintenance, couriers)
  • Organize company meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements when required.
  • Support management and staff with general office and administrative needs.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field will be considered an advantage.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role (experience in a forex / financial services company will be considered an advantage)
  • Excellent command of Greek and English.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Computer literate.
  • Positive attitude, discretion, and a high level of professionalism.
