Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative and operational support
- Handle office day to day tasks
- Manage emails, telephone calls and telephone enquiries/orders/messages
- Process accounting transactions, invoices, statements, payments & expenses
- Manage filling (paper & electronic)
Requirements
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Very Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Very Good knowledge of Greek/English
- Good knowledge of accounting procedures
- Responsible / Ability to handle tasks efficiently/ Highly Organized
