Key responsibilities:
Administrative support and client reception
Handling of the call center and email
Operation of the electronic system of the Registrar of Companies for corporate services
Operation of the electronic system "Zygos"
Filing/recording documents
Operating courier and certification electronic systems
Recording actual expenses
Ordering supplies
Working time: 8-1 and 3-5. Fridays on June July and August we finish at 14:00. Pension fund, 13th-month bonus, and reduced working hours during the summer months
