Company Secretary & Paralegal
Job Description
Ronin Europe is looking for a hands-on Company Secretary & Paralegal Specialist based in Cyprus to support our corporate housekeeping in Cyprus and coordinate with agents and service providers across multiple jurisdictions.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong company secretarial / corporate administration skills with solid legal drafting instincts (contracts, resolutions, PoAs) and enjoys owning deadlines, filings and documentation end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities
Cyprus Corporate Administration (Registrar of Companies)
• Prepare, file and follow up on corporate submissions with the Cyprus Registrar of Companies (changes, annual maintenance, certificates, extracts, UBO-related matters where applicable)
• Coordinate and track corporate deadlines, filings and approvals
• Maintain statutory registers, corporate records and document archives in a clean, audit-ready state
Multi-jurisdiction Agent & Provider Coordination
• Liaise with corporate service providers, agents and external counsel in Cyprus and other jurisdictions
• Collect, validate and organise KYC / corporate documents requested by banks, auditors, counterparties and partners
• Coordinate notarisation, apostille/legalisation, certified copies and translations when needed
Legal & Contract Support
• Draft and manage standard legal documents (NDAs, service agreements, basic commercial contracts, internal templates)
• Prepare board/shareholder resolutions, minutes, powers of attorney and supporting corporate documents
• Support contract execution workflows (e-signature, version control, document tracking)
General Secretariat Support
• Support day-to-day secretarial tasks, document circulation and internal coordination
• Ensure confidentiality and careful handling of sensitive information
What We’re Looking For
• Based in Cyprus; able to be on-site in Limassol when required
• 1+ years in corporate services / company secretarial / paralegal / legal operations (law firm or in-house) is a plus
• Practical experience with Cyprus Registrar filings and corporate documentation is a plus
• Strong English and Greek (written and spoken). Russian is a plus
• High attention to detail, strong follow-up habits, and comfort managing multiple deadlines
• Confident with MS Office (Word/Excel) and document tools (e-sign / PDF / file management)
Nice to Have
• Law degree (LLB) or paralegal qualification
• Experience supporting entities across multiple jurisdictions
• Familiarity with compliance / KYC workflows and working in a regulated environment
