Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review financial statements and management reports
- Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger
- Perform month-end and year-end closing processes
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations
- Prepare VAT returns and liaise with tax authorities
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Coordinate and support external audits
- Monitor cash flow and financial performance
- Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff
- Improve and implement accounting processes and controls
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles
- ACCA qualification (completed or in progress)
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations
- Experience with accounting software and advanced Excel skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and work independently
