Job Description

• Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports
• Analyse financial data and provide insights to support business decision-making
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
• Work with ERP systems to interface, extract, validate, and analyse data
• Prepare and support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Support in internal controls and process improvements
• Prepare financial power point presentations as per Regional and Group requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting efficiency
• Any other responsibilities related to the job role

Required Qualifications, Skills and Experience

• Recently qualified or part-qualified (ACA or ACCA)
• 2  years relevant experience in a similar structure and environment
• Strong academic background in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Hands-on experience or strong knowledge of:
  • Power BI
  • ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
• Ability to communicate complex data clearly
• Ability to work under pressure and meeting deadlines
• High attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Strong presentation Skills

Desirable Skills and Experience

• Experience with SQL or data modelling
• Exposure to automation tools, AI platforms or financial systems integration
• Internship or prior experience in finance / audit / advisory
