Senior HR Executive
Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic HR professional to join our team and contribute to the continuous development of our people practices and overall employee experience. The successful candidate will play a key role in HR transformation initiatives, talent acquisition, employee engagement, learning and development, and the continuous enhancement of HR operations and organizational culture.
This role offers the opportunity to actively contribute to strategic Human Resources initiatives within a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment and talent acquisition strategies to attract highly qualified candidates across all organizational levels and departments.
- Lead and coordinate onboarding and integration programs to ensure a smooth transition and successful assimilation of new employees into the organization.
- Provide expertise and support in areas including performance management, talent management, employee engagement initiatives, and workforce planning.
- Support HR transformation initiatives through the optimization and continuous improvement of HR systems, policies, processes, and practices.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of competency frameworks, career pathways, succession planning, and capability-building initiatives that support organizational growth and employee development.
- Cultivate a culture of continuous learning by identifying organizational training needs and skills gaps, while developing and implementing learning and development programs, training resources, and growth opportunities across the organization.
- Support talent assessment processes through the use of psychometric tools, structured interviews, assessment centres, and assessment day activities.
- Utilize HR technology, analytics, reporting tools, and dashboards to generate insights and support data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with applicable employment legislation and HR best practices, while reviewing and updating HR policies and procedures where necessary.
- Provide guidance, counselling, and support on HR-related matters to employees and stakeholders, while supporting and mentoring HR Administrators to ensure the effective implementation of HR procedures and their continuous professional development.
- Participate actively in HR projects and organizational initiatives, contributing to operational effectiveness and employee engagement.
- Develop and strengthen the company’s employer brand in collaboration with the Marketing department through the creation of engaging recruitment campaigns, job advertisements, social media content, and careers page materials.
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging HR practices, and market developments to continuously improve HR processes, policies, efficiency, and the overall employee experience.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor in Human Resources, Psychology, or other related is required. A Master’s degree will be considered an advantage.
- Certification in Psychometric Testing (equivalent to Level A and Level B) is required.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to develop, interpret, and present HR dashboards and data-driven insights.
- Exposure to competency-based talent practices, psychometric assessments, and assessment design principles.
- CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) qualification or equivalent certification will be considered an advantage.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role and responsibilities
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
