Job Description

ERAKLIS N. KYRIAKIDES LLC is seeking to recruit an experienced, Senior -Level Lawyer for its Litigation Department on a permanent basis, to work from its offices in Nicosia. 

Qualifications required and additional advantages:

• University Law Degree (an LPC, BAR or LLM shall be considered an additional advantage). 
• Member of the Cyprus Bar Association
• Excellent oral and written command of Greek and English language.
• Substantial hands-on experience (ideally 5+ years) of independent handling of litigation proceedings (preparation of pleadings, preparation for hearings and handling of hearings) 
• Competency & experience in drafting, negotiating, and reviewing commercial agreements. 
• Independence, strong organisational skills, ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Driving license and vehicle.

Key Accountabilities of the Role:

• Conduct all pre-investigatory assessment work & prepare documentation required to file cases.
• Independently handle civil and commercial court and arbitration cases in all stages.
• Mediate dispute resolution cases 
• Structure, draft, review and negotiate commercial agreement
