About Coastalbliss

Coastalbliss is a growing, German family-run company based in Paphos. We specialize in upscale short-term rentals and hold a phenomenal guest rating of 9.8. We are moving our maintenance operations in-house and are looking for a skilled team lead to manage our properties, pools, and gardens.

Role Overview

You are the technical guardian of our villas (11 units, scaling). You handle skilled repairs, oversee pools and irrigation systems, and lead a Maintenance Assistant to keep everything guest-ready and prevent issues before they happen.

Key Responsibilities

·        Handle technical repairs (electrical, plumbing basics, appliance fixes, AC checks).

·        Maintain pool health (chemical balancing, pump maintenance, backwashing).

·        Oversee irrigation systems and garden health (execution supported by the assistant).

·        Lead and coordinate the Maintenance Assistant and set daily priorities.

·        Perform proactive weekly checks to prevent issues before check-ins.

·        Work closely with operations to prioritize urgent guest-impacting tasks.

Your Profile

·        Proven experience in property maintenance, including swimming pool maintenance (chemicals/pumps).

·        Strong troubleshooting skills (e.g., tripping fuse, noisy pump, leaks).

·        Comfortable organizing your own schedule and leading a small team.

·        Valid driving license (manual transmission).

·        Good English is required.

·        Valid papers / work permit for Cyprus.
